1969 1/2 Dodge Super Bee A12 440-6 - $125,000

Any true Mopar fanatic or experienced collector knows how hard it is to get your hands on a 'real' all numbers matching 1969 ½ M-Code car these days. High-end collectors worldwide have stashed them away, never to see the light of day. Basically, every A12 car that has become available over the last two years have been cars w/ 'correct motors' or 'replacement blocks'. That's fine & dandy if you are looking for a car to terrorize the streets with, but if you are an avid collector who only wants the best, well you know as well as I do that the best place to park your money is in a documented muscle car w/ its 'original drivetrain'. 'Red Hills Rods and Choppers' is very happy to offer you this absolutely gorgeous, rotisserie restored, numbers matching and fully documented 1969 ½ Dodge Super Bee A12 440-6 car! This Super Bee is the finest restored M-Code 440 Six Pack that I have ever seen in my life. A no expense spared nut & bolt rotisserie restoration was recently completed, with body & paintwork that is second to none. All paint, trim & option codes are 100% correct per the original Broadcast Sheets. The 100% rust-free sheet metal is laser straight all of the way around the car and the factory correct (Code 96) Bahama Yellow paint is simply perfect. The factory correct (V1X) Black Vinyl Roof appears to be brand new, and the original fiberglass Lift-Off hood is also perfect w/ its matte black finish. The chrome bumpers & bright work is show quality throughout. Please look closely at the detailed photos and decide for yourself. This Super Bee is simply outstanding! When you open the driver's door and slide into the factory correct (H2X) Black Vinyl Bench Seat interior, you will swear that you are at the Dodge dealership in 1969 buying a brand new Super Bee. The interior appears factory correct from front to back, and looks brand new. All of the gauges, including the factory original (Code N85) Tic-Toc Tach, lights, blinkers, etc., function properly as you would expect. Even the factory original (R11) AM Radio sounds great and the lighter pops out hot! Overall, it is as nice of an interior as you will ever find on a 1969.5 Dodge Super Bee. Now let's get to the heart of this beast! Pull the pins on all (4) corners of the factory fiberglass Lift-Off hood, and nestled inside a beautifully detailed engine bay you will find the original numbers matching 440ci M-Code motor, complete w/ its original Holley Six Pack (3x2V) carburetors. This set-up produces 390 hp w/ 490 Lbs. Ft. Torque, which many claim is one of the fastest factory muscle cars ever built, and for a lot less money than the famed 426 Hemi! The original numbers matching 440 Six Pack motor is linked to the original numbers matching (D34) Torqueflite 3-Speed automatic transmission, which feeds power to the original numbers matching (Code D69) 9 ¾” Dana 60 rear axle w/ 4.10 gears. This Super Bee starts, idles, runs, drives & performs beautifully. The tri-power carburetors are set-up perfectly, the engine is tuned just right and she is a BLAST to drive! The (Code S77) factory Power Steering makes driving around town effortless. She sits on Redline tires wrapped around the factory original black steel wheels w/ chrome lug nuts, just like she did 45 years ago. Documentation includes: (2) Original Broadcast Sheets, Original Owners Manual, Chrylser Registry (GTS) paperwork, Reproduction Window Sticker and photos of the rotisserie restoration. With less than 100 miles since the expensive frame-off restoration, she has basically been a trailer queen for the last couple of years. This 1969 ½ Dodge Super Bee A12 can win First Place awards at any national level car event, or it can be driven and enjoyed, the choice is yours. This is an investment grade vehicle that will only appreciate in value as the years go by. This is a very serious Mopar muscle car for a very serious collector! It will be the perfect centerpiece to any high-end Mopar collection. Enclosed shipping is available anywhere in the world at the buyer's expense.
